I am quite happy to notice rapid improvement in the works of four young artists. The Four innovative artists have tried to express their feeling and emotion in different style in this exhibition. The range of paintings is capable to appeal from common viewer to connoisseur of art. It would not be flattery to tell that these young artists are the builds of sparing directed forward blossomed flower on future. All four young artists of the exhibition have shown their in decent innovative sprit not limiting themselves within particular subject.
Binod has chosen traditional Nepalese wooden craft in his painting. He has tried his level best to make his stroke full with dynamic effect. Gaurav has beautifully chosen and used oil colour on cardboard. The theme based on Figurative Expressions. He used cardboard on his painting surface. The colour composition is also very good, soft and eye soothing. Ramesh’s paintings are based on imaginary landscape on rice paper. He executed with original forms and shapes are exquisite. Suman’s paintings are based on Freedom of women which are attractive. His presentation, composition and colour are striking. Application of the bright colour is his characteristics. I would like to thank “Infinity Group” for granting me the chance to express few words and also wish the success of this exhibition.

Infinite choices
The Himalayan Times – 8 August 2006
Visit The Art Shop at Durbarmarg and a variety of artworks by ‘Infinity’, a group of four young artists will greet you. Each artiste has own style, theme and technique, and everyone will definitely get something from the exhibition.
Gaurav Shrestha has presented some of his best paintings using oil on cardboard. Unique in style and medium, his paintings have introduced an alternative technique and a different taste.
Binod K Gupta has made tradition the theme of his paintings. Using acrylic, Gupta has captured traditional Nepali patterns like metallic crafts of a purna kalash, and the wood-carvings of traditional tundal in his paintings. Ramesh KC has something totally different to offer. Using long frames, narrow width, and some paper and magazine cutouts pasted on it as background, his paintings portray different moods of landscape on rice paper.
Suman Shrestha has ventured into the world of women and tried to voice women’s urge for freedom. His compositions will certainly catch the viewers’ eyes. This is the fourth group exhibition by the group. Also titled ‘Infinity’, the exhibition features a total of 22 works.
